Our Story

Located on the 50th floor of The National, Kessaku is a cocktail and sake lounge serving Dallas’ freshest, globally sourced fish and seafood.The Kessaku team has built a world-class collection of cocktails, sake and Japanese Whiskey that will blow your sushi-loving mind.

Kessaku Sushi

A creation of Chef Danny Grant and Chef Hari Chan, Kessaku offers elegant sushi made with fresh, globally sourced fish and warm artisanal rice. The menu showcases an array of nigiri, sashimi and rolls from the very traditional to the unexpected.

Kessaku, which means masterpiece in Japanese, boasts 360-degree views of the Dallas skyline from the historic observation deck at the top of The National. The intimate 60-seat restaurant is lavishly designed to feel like a hidden club in London where every corner of the space tells a story unlike any other in Dallas.
